Thank you for choosing Auction Adda. We strive to provide a fair and transparent auction experience for all cricket enthusiasts. Because our platform involves live bidding and digital transactions, please review our policy regarding refunds and returns below.




Tournament Auction Platform Fees




  • Standard Hosting Fee:
    A flat service fee of [e.g., ₹4,000] per auction event is required to activate the bidding room.


  • Tiered Pricing (Per Team):
    For larger leagues, a fee of [e.g., ₹400] per participating team will be applied. This ensures the platform scales with your tournament size.



  • Non-Refundable Policy:
    Once the "Auction Room" is live and the first player has been put up for bid, the Organizer Fee is strictly non-refundable.


  • Cancellation Policy:
    If an organizer cancels the event [e.g., 24 hours] before the start time, a 50% refund of the hosting fee will be issued. Cancellations made after this window are not eligible for a refund.




Pro Tip for Organizers: Any payment gateway charges incurred during the initial setup are excluded from potential refund amounts.




Player Registration Fee



  • Eligibility for Refunds: Player registration fees will be refunded if the auction fails to commence. Post-auction, refunds will be issued exclusively for players who were not purchased by any team (Unsold players).


  • Commission on Registration:
    If the platform handles player registration payments, a [e.g., 5-10%] commission will be deducted from the total pool to cover payment processing and administrative costs.


  • Non-Refundable Tournament Fees: We do not offer refunds in instances where the tournament organizer has designated the player registration fee as non-refundable.






Technical Malfunctions



In the event of a documented platform-wide technical failure (e.g., server crash in the final seconds of a high-value auction), Auction Adda reserves the right to void the auction results and refund fees or reschedule auction as per organizers request for that specific event.
